Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I’m a celebrant based in Sheffield, working across South Yorkshire and beyond. I write and deliver ceremonies that actually sound like you.
Whether that’s a barefoot handfasting, a wedding where guests are up dancing before the vows, or a funeral with a bit more celebration than sombre, every word is written for the person it’s about.
If you’ve ever read something at a ceremony and thought “that doesn’t sound anything like them,” that’s exactly what I’m here to fix.

I’m happy to include ideas other people might call “out there.” A football chant for a celebration of life. Dancing mid-ceremony at a funeral. A handfasting in the woods. If it’s true to the person, it belongs in the ceremony.
I’m also happy to keep things traditional if that’s what you want. My style sits somewhere between formal and relaxed, and I’ll meet you wherever you’d like the day to land.

I’m based in Sheffield and cover the whole of South Yorkshire, including Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. I’m happy to travel further too.
Sheffield is famously the home of The Full Monty, Henderson’s Relish and snooker, and there’s so much green space around here that outdoor ceremonies are an absolute joy.
